Time sync fails on Windows 11 (Build 22000.51)

After updating to 22000.51 build I noticed problem with time sync. I reinstalled windows several times and this problem still exists.

I tried to change NTP servers but still getting this error:

    Yes and after loading some time it return same error

    I also tried several suggestions found over internet:

    1. Restarted time service
    2. Set time service to startup automatically
    3. Opened UDP port 123
    4. Disabled firewall

    Nothing helped yet
