    Hello PHẠM GIA NGUYỆN,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

According to the screenshot information you provided, I can confirm that you are using the Windows 11 preview system, which is a unique green screen page.

The preview version of the system is a test version higher than the official version, so you may encounter various problems in normal use. I suggest that you use the "Feedback Center" of the system to directly feedback your experience to Microsoft, so as to help us optimize the Windows system. In addition, if you want to use the Windows system stably, I suggest you use the official version of the system. If necessary, I can provide you with the steps to install the official version of the system later.

Now back to the issue, if this problem is only occurring when you play FIFA Online 4, combined with the blue screen error code "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION", I think the problem is related to your video card driver. If you can restart the PC and log in to the system, visit the manufacturer's website, download the graphics card driver for the appropriate model, and reinstall the driver to solve the problem.

If anything is unclear, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Best regards,

Mitchell - | Microsoft community support expert from MSFT

    Hi PHẠM GIA NGUYỆN

According to your description, you have reinstalled the graphics driver, right?

In order to accurately confirm the cause of the problem, I hope you can provide the dmp file of the blue screen for me to analyze the problem.

    Best regards,

    Hi PHẠM GIA NGUYỆN,

Thank you for providing the dmp files. I will analyze them for you one by one.

In the first dmp file, I confirm that:

    IMAGE_NAME: memory_corruption

According to the analysis results, it directly refers to the memory failure, but I cannot confirm whether it is a hardware failure. If possible, I recommend you to take the device to the After-Sales Support for an inspection.

The second dmp file appears to be corrupt, only confirmed:

    Error message: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

This error message is the same as the one shown in the screenshot above, and usually refers to driver.

Comprehensive analysis results and my previous reply information. I recommend you to contact professional After-Sales Support personnel to check the hardware of the equipment. However, since you are using the preview version of the system, the preview version of the system is not stable, and may be incompatible with the hardware and software. Therefore, if possible, I suggest you reinstall the official version of the system and have a look.

The following are the steps to reinstall the official WIndows11 system:

Please prepare a flash driver with at least 8GB (Pay attention to backup data, because creating a boot disk will erase all data of the flash driver).Visit Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com) **** and click "Download Now" to download MCT (Media Creation Tool), then download and run the program, select "Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD or ISO file) for another PC”, and then choose Language, Version, Architecture (if you are not sure about these, choose "Use the recommended options for this PC), then select "USB flash drive" in the "Select Media to Use" interface, then make a boot disk, boot from the USB flash drive after completion, and execute the installation program.

Before booting from USB flash, you need to set USB flash drive priority booting for your device in the BIOS, as the BIOS Settings are different under each brand, please contact your After-Sales Support and make changes under their guidance.

Disclaimer: Please back up all your important data before performing it.

    Best regards,
