Allow downloads

I had assumed that allowing downloads from PC's on my network during Windows update, would speed up this process. However, downloading on the second and third PC takes just as long as on the first. I'm aware that an ISO could be created (which I do anyway), but just though to mention it

    Thanks Sumit. Doesn't appear to work with Cumulative updates as well

    I believe that only works for Cumulative updates, not full-fledged Insider Builds.
