In need of Windows 10 ISO Build 21359 or later

I need to use GPUs using WSL on Windows 10, and the latest available ISO available on the Flight Hub (

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-insider/flight-hub/) is build # 21354.

However, this build contains a bug with the WSL integration that was fixed in build 21359, and I am unable to upgrade to Windows 11, so the insider dev and beta rings don't help.

Thus, I need an ISO for build 21359 or any later Windows 10 build (up to 21390, per the flight hub page).

Microsoft does not want users to install pre-Windows11 Dev builds such as 21359 or later.

    Please, read this entire thread:

Unfortunately, it is not possible for me to upgrade to Windows 11, and I need the functionality provided by this build. It would seem I need to go with the UUDump approach.

Why can't you upgrade? is it because of non-compliant hardware? there are ways to bypass that and MS has loosen up the rules:

"Security" has approved Windows 10, even beta builds of it, but not Windows 11. Unfortunately paperwork and bureaucracy are slow and would not be able to be updated in less than a timeline of multiple months, by which point the need for WSL functionality would have expired.

I see, well I hope UUPdump works out for you. good luck

oh! I forgot. The Oct 31st expiration date doesn't mean the PC will stop working, you'll get nagging messages but will stay functional for at least another 30 days.
