In need of Windows 10 ISO Build 21359 or later

I need to use GPUs using WSL on Windows 10, and the latest available ISO available on the Flight Hub (

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-insider/flight-hub/) is build # 21354.

However, this build contains a bug with the WSL integration that was fixed in build 21359, and I am unable to upgrade to Windows 11, so the insider dev and beta rings don't help.

Thus, I need an ISO for build 21359 or any later Windows 10 build (up to 21390, per the flight hub page).
