Windows Security not opening. (Windows 11)

I am installing an application from a trusted source, and I was going to exclude a folder from Windows Defender. But then this happened!

Every single category doesn't work!

My build:

Edition Windows 11 Home

Version 21H2

Installed on ‎8/‎16/‎2021

OS build 22000.132

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.132.0

I am in the beta channel

    Any 3rd party anti virus, security, cleanup programs EVER installed on the computer?

    Hi,

    Open an elevated Powershell window. Execute this command to resolve the problem.

    Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage"
