Bluetooth devices experiencing large delay/lag during general use of Windows 11

Question

Been experiencing Bluetooth problems lately in Windows 11, namely there are huge delays and lag when using Bluetooth peripherals. (Headphones and Keyboard, both when used in isolation and in combination)

Where the Keyboard will take 0.2 to over 8 seconds to process inputs, and the Headphones will constantly stutter and drop audio during general use.

Windows 10 and Windows 11 until recently had excellent connectivity with regards to Bluetooth and I've not experienced any problems up until recently.

Is this something that has been broken/regressed/degraded in a recent build?

PS: I've ensured all pending drivers are up to date and on latest iteration of Windows 'Dev' channel at the moment at time of posting. (22/12/2023)

Seems to have helped things a little Dan Derrigo, although it's still a bit flaky after having switched the power saving off for the individual bluetooth adapter.

FYI I had the issue come back so I went back through my Bluetooth devices and turned that option off for all of them. It's been smooth as butter ever since. *knock wood* I think a recent update might have borked that whole power management system for me.

EDIT: I do not know if I had to turn them all off, I just went ahead and did it out of frustration :)

I seem to have solved my problem. I turned off the power management for the Bluetooth adapter as explained here:

Did you find a solution for this? This just started happening to me. There was a windows update recently that I think might be the issue.
