Inaccessible boot device after latest insider update this morning (build 21364)

Nothing works in the recovery mode as it cannot back out the update, cannot repair. 

One of the update is kb5003399 and I forgot the other one, will have to boot back to the command prompt.

In the command prompt, I can tell it's not showing my 1TB drive, it's in x:/ with very little space.

Also, wusa.exe doesn't exist in that command prompt. 

Can anyone help to get my system booting again?

MB: GIGABYTE X570 AORUS ELITE WIFI AM4 AMD X570

CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 3600 6-Core 3.6 GHz

GPU: Nvidia 1070<feff><feff>

Memory: 64 GB (4 x 16 GB Crucial Ballistix 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) DDR4-3600 )

Drive: Samsung 1TB 970 EVO NVMe M.2 Internal SSD

    I can't boot after I install Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. - SCSIAdapter - 9.3.0.221. Please pull this broken update. Also, I am not in the insider program, so that means this update was pushed to the public. Pull this immediately.

    Same issue, boot loop after Windows installed "Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. - SCSIAdapter - 9.3.0.221"

    • MB: Gigabyte X570 AORUS ELITE ATX AM
    • CPU: AMD RYZEN 9 5900X
    • GPU: EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 FTW3 ULTRA GAMING
    • Memory: 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory
    • Drive: Corsair MP600 Force Series Gen4 2 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive

    The built-in Win10 startup repair was able to automatically fix the issue and allow my system to boot. Seems like a red-flag event, may want to pull this update as it looks like I'm not the only one experiencing this.

    Hello,

    Windows Update install the following driver, Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. - SCSIAdapter - 9.3.0.221, and after rebooting the system enters in GSOD loop with the INACCESIBLE BOOT DEVICE ERROR.

    The only way to recover the system is booting into Windows Recovery Environment and doing a STARTUP REPAIR.

    The problem is that Windows Update tries to install the problematic driver again. There is some way to prevent Windows Update to install that problematic driver? Right now I'm using Group policies to prevent the instalation but that also blocks other drivers.

    Also, maybe it's not related, but I think the AMD SCSIadapter is part of the RAID Driver AMD provides for X570 Chipsets. I don't have any kind of RAID configured in my system, so that driver shoudn't be installed. Maybe is a missidentification of NVM Express Controller as a RAID controller?

    Same here. Windows installed SCSIAdapter - 9.3.0.221by itselfe and asked for reboot.

    After reboot - inaccessible boot device.

    Win install USB and fix startup (twice) resolved the issue.

    3700X, x570, NWMe pcie 4.0

    Can somebody explain to me WHY MICROSOFT doesn't remove this driver Micro Device 9.3.0.221 from their update list after so many votes !!!!.
