    Build: 22621

    Channel: Beta

    Language: English (United States)

    Current Build (Windows 11 Pro): 22621.1485 (latest updates installed, per Windows Update)

    As for attempting to download w/o Norton running - I got the same result.

    I will cease attempts to download, per the italicized comment in the second post, above.

    Current Build (Windows 11 Pro): 22621.1485 (latest updates installed, per Windows Update)

    That build is the latest Public Release, are you sure you are in the Beta channel? 🤷‍♂️

    Regarding Norton, remove it completely using their removal tool and try again.

    What exactly are you trying to download and for what?

    I am trying to download the Windows 11 Insider Preview (Beta Channel)

    You don't have to download the ISO, just enroll in the program via Settings > Windows Update > Windows Insider Program and select Beta channel.

    I am trying to download the Windows 11 Insider Preview (Beta Channel) - I am "accepted" into the insider program - I am curious about some of the future additions to Windows 11 additions and reporting issues so that they can be perfected before public deployment, ergo my induction into the insider program.

    If you are up to date, no need to download anything.

    Besides, the Beta ARM64 build available for download is obsolete.

    edit:

    Sorry, I might have misunderstood your comment and you're not using ARM64

    In that case, please post back the build number of the OS that it's not updating.

    As for the error, check the 2nd post above.
