Windows Security UI/App Missing in Windows 11

I have a new Lenovo x64-based desktop with AMD Ryzen 5. As it was RECOMMENDED BY MICROSOFT, I chose Windows 11 instead of Win10 when I intially set up my system few days ago. Mistake, really a mistake. The Windows Security was available for one day, but when installing RECOMMENDED UPDATES BY MICROSOFT, Windows security just vanished from my system. What a great little treat, investing lot of money for the new system, used 2 days to install all the software I need, then it doesn't work properly and I don't want to reset my system and use another 2 days to reinstall and configure all the software I need. Also, same problem may occur anyway.

I have tried everything that can be found from here: https://www.makeuseof.com/windows-11-fix-windows-security/

I have tried everything also from here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insider/forum/all/windows-security-ui-missing-in-windows-11/695a3018-f2f8-4e35-a639-79a9d214bcdb

When running 'Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage' command as an administrator on Powershell it executes the command, but nothing appears, so I don't know was something executed and fixed or not. What I do know is that Windows Security still doesn't appear in my system, the choice is there but nothing gets executed.

Any hints and instructions what to try next with this unfinished lousy software called Windows 11? Many thanks in advance.

Indeed, I was missing the Mount on my system and needed to enable it. Thanks for the comment, the ISO image started work using Mount.

However, the whole exercise didn't help me. Here are the steps, from the ISO image mounting this was the first dialog after some loading was done:

After clicking 'OK' this appeared as was instructed previously, so I thought we are getting somewhere with this one:

After clicking 'Install' it took little bit less than 1h to reinstall keeping all my personal files and apps. But, after checking after few reboots, when I try to access Windows Security:

This is what I get, an empty App and if I navigate for the same through Settings, Windows Security is not enabled, nothing happens, can't navigate there:

It is now Friday late afternoon in my time zone, I have struggled with this issue all week because I need to access it, you can imagine I simply love Microsoft software more and more, and would recommend for my friends and customers to upgrade to Win11 asap.

Any other ideas would be welcome, thanks in advance.

If an in-place repair didn't fix the problem, a clean install might be the only way forward.

You can try (from an elevated command prompt or PowerShell admin) to run sfc /scannow (restart if errors found) and then DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth but I wouldn't bet on it.

I ran 'sfc /scannow' and then 'DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth' commands, underlying are the results...

...then rebooted the system. No changes for anything, Windows Security is still not available. Looks like I need to use another week trying to fix the issue + reinstall and configure everything all over again.

How do I go back to Win10 as Win11 seems to be very buggy unreliable operating system? How do I do clean installation using my original Win10 image came with the desktop? Or, can Microsoft provide me a new copy as all the Microsoft recommendations failed and my system is corrupted and unusable? I couldn't find any backup/recovery folder from my system.

If Win10 is not any more available for me in any way, how do I do new Win11 clean install? In this case, how can I be sure same Windows Security issue doesn't appear? Will it be just pure luck? Should I keep fingers crossed?
