Having the same issue. Some titles on netflix are 4k with edge but others are 1080 even though on netflix app, all titles play 4k correctly.

I have recently discovered that I no longer see 4K content on Netflix in Edge. All content is restricted to HD.
I have Edge Version 100.0.1185.39 and HEVC 1.0.50361.0 installed.
When I type in edge://gpu, I found that HDCP 2.2 and HEVC 4K was not enabled. However, the funny thing is that I can see 4K content in the Netflix Windows app but just not in the Edge browser. I think some recent update broke this.
However, Intel Graphics Command Center tells a different story

Netflix in Edge on Windows 11 22H2 on a MS Surface Laptop 3 is completely broken with Edge hardware acceleration enabled. What is going on with this? Sound, but just a green screen where the video should be. Plays fine in Firefox.
I've just bought Dolby Atmos for Headphones, so jumped in to Netflix on Edge to test it out, only to find I'm now limited to 2560 x 1440 resolution. I used to get 4K with Edge and the HVEC codec. Any update on a fix, or if Microsoft have even acknowledged this as a bug/issue?
I have a weird issue with 4K playback. Some titles will play in 4k while others will not. Even though all the titles I'm clicking have the Ultra HD 4K icon below them. Why is that?
For example, Enola Holmes 2 doesn't play in 4k (checked with ctrl + alt + shift + q), but a korean series Glitch does. Or another weird one, I was watching the latest season of Manifest, and some episodes were in 4k and others were in 1080p. Is this a weird DRM issue?
