For the past week to date when I open Microsoft Edge to the default page of www.bing.com the link for Rewards is "javascript:void(0)", the link for my sign-in is "javascript:void(0)", the link for Notifications is "javascript:", and the link for Settings and Quicklinks is "javascript:void(0)". I don't see a total of my rewards points, and if I answer the first question of the Bing Homepage Quiz, that takes me to the second question where the Next Question button is "javascript:void(0)".
Java is enabled in Microsoft Edge, and this behavior does not exist in Google Chrome. I have closed and reopened Edge multiple times, forced a refresh and rebooted the computer as well. I am running Windows 10 Pro version 1709 build 16299.1087 and Microsoft Edge Version 91.0.864.67 (Official build) (64-bit). Edge reports that is is up-to-date. Another interesting behavior is that the left and right arrows for the scroller of headlines on the bottom of the page works, but if I select a story, the subsequent scroller for the "Trending on Bing" story banner has no left or right arrows and can't be scrolled.
Anyone got an idea what might be causing this?

Are you facing this issue in InPrivate browsing mode?
I am not using the browser in InPrivate mode. The only extensions that are in use are Amazon Assistant, Evernote Web Clipper, Honey, Microsoft Bing Homepage and Search Engine.
I will note that these are the same extensions that have been installed for months previously and have not; at least up to this point, caused any issues that I am aware of.
Just for test, try open in the InPrivate browsing mode and see if the problem persist?
I tried InPrivate browsing and that had no effect.
I then decided to completely reset Microsoft Edge. The full reset corrected the issue so I can only assume that one of the extensions may have been causing the problem.
I have not re-enabled any of them as of yet, but I will and will see if I can isolate which one caused the initial issue.
There is another possibility like a setting was misconfigure.
You may try enable extensions one by one.
