Microsoft Edge Microphone

The Microphone is not being picked up when i am on Edge. I have gone to the microphone settings and allow access is on, but under choose which apps can use the microphone edge is not an option. 

The microphone works for games and other things so it's not the mic. 

I am wondering how to make it so i can use it on edge?

    Regarding your query, try the following:

    1. Open Microsoft Edge.
    2. Click the three dots in the upper right and then Settings.
    3. Click the site permissions.
    4. Click the Camera or Microphone option. ...
    5. Use the drop-down menu and select the default device and grant it permissions.

    Turn on Ask Before Accessing Toggle Switch.

    Then you restart and tell me if it worked.

    Thanks so much I realized that my head set mic was enabled but the in laptop mic was blocked and I turned it on. 

    It works now thanks.
