In the NEW Microsoft Edge that replaced the old one in late May 2020, how do I export my favorites to a file? I have well over 2,000 favorites and I need a way to save them in case my hard drive ever goes bad. The instructions do to this for the OLD Microsoft Edge don't work in the NEW.

Click the 3 dots at the top right of Edge, choose Favorites - Manage Favorites
Above the list of Favorites on the resulting page, beside the 'Add Folder' link, is another 3 dots, click that and choose 'Export Favorites'

I exported my EDGE favorites but they showed up as Firefox instead. I spend hours re-arranging then in Edge but now only half show up in Firefox. Did Firefox do something to over-ride? I noticed now when I save a .PDF file that Firefox turns it into a Firefox HTML file, which I don't want. I have seen that others report the same thing. If I un-install Firefox I am afraid that I will loose most of my favorites and PDF/HTML files. Any suggestions as I want to move favorites to a new laptop.
