Is it happening on every browser or just on MS Edge? If it's only on Edge you can reset it and check if the issue persists:
(Note: This will reset your startup page, new tab page, search engine, and pinned tabs. It will also disable all extensions and clear temporary data like cookies. Your favorites, history and saved passwords will not be cleared.)
> Open MS Edge
> On top right, click on .... and choose Settings
> On left menu, click on Reset settings
> Click on the Reset button
> After the reset, try playing the video again
