How can i remove the dll in appxupload after certification?

hello ,i have find that my appxupload package include some *.dll inside(like clrcompression.dll Microsoft.CSharp.dll etc)，i wanna know if there is any way to delete them? i have found sometimes it will automatics delete after certification. is there any way to delete they?
