How do I use another camera on Microsoft Edge?

I wanted to use another camera, so I changed the default to the desired one. Unfortunately, Edge is still using the integrated camera.

    Reset the site permissions to force the camera change for the site.

    Go to Settings > Cookies & site permissions > select the site in the list > Select "Reset permissions"

    This did not work for me. I still have no way to change my webcam from what is currently being used in Edge.

    I investigated further and it seems like the specific site (Fliggrid) was restricting the browser. I actually had to look further into Flipgrid's interface settings and I was then able to select my camera there.
