I want to attach a disk to an existing Windows Virtual Machine using ARM templete or PowerShell script ?
So please help me on this.

@SUNOJ KUMAR YELURU Sorry to say you but my requirement has been changed Attach disk to vm should be done using ARM so can you give me any link of ARM template as you provide me for powershell. so please give me any ARM template link which will attach new disk to VM.
