Edge sync not working, intune policy is set to force the sync

Intune support confirmed its all good on policy end.
Tested on MAC and Windows PC, affecting both OS.
edge is on latest Version 125.0.2535.67
Edge application is pushed via Intune to all PC. Does affect the PC which is not pushed via Intune too.
