How do I stop this AI nonsense from running with every search that I make?

At first this AI bot was just in the way, but now it is actually slowing down search results and is taking up space that can be used for actual search results. It is all around annoying. I have turned off the co-pilot and blocked everything that I can think of, but it is still there and I can't get rid of it. Is there a way to stop it from running or just get rid of it all together?

    Hello,

Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting to the community.

To turn off the Bing Chat box, click the menu in the top-right of the page, select Settings->More, and turn off "Chat response on result page".

If you have already tried turning off and still have it shown, please check whether you have Cookies and site data enabled for Bing, since the options are stored there.

You can also send feedback by clicking the feedback button in the bottom-right, or the "feedback" link at the bottom of the page.

You may submit feedback in the Microsoft Edge browser as well. Open the page in the Microsoft Edge browser, then use the shortcut keys "Alt" + "Shift" + "I" to open the feedback window or select the 3 dots in the top right, select Help and feedback, then choose Send feedback (Note that the feedback window will capture the current screen and URL link and email address, and you can add Attachment and record your problem), enter your problem, and click "Send".

Thanks for your patience and understanding.

    Best Regards,

    This didn't work.

To be more specific for others that might also want to do this. You have to run a search, then click on the three lines at the top of the search page, then settings, then more. Then you can turn off the chat by switching from auto to off. Then hit save. Then reload your search.

You will still get AI suggested searches on the right side of the screen, where the chat used to be, but the searches run much faster and you are not annoyed by the chat box.

    Hello,

By "AI suggested search", do you mean the "Ask Bing Chat" and "Related searches" section? Currently, you cannot turn them off.

Please send feedback regarding your concerns using the "Feedback" link at the bottom of the page, or using Edge browser's feedback function, as I have mentioned above.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Better answer, DON'T USE BING. I've never used Bing, certainly not for searches due to the tracking. I logged into 365 for the first time tonight, and suddenly, I'm getting an email from Open A1, telling me about the A1 group I joined. No, I did not. No, I did no searches. Yes, Microsoft is not being transparent. It has nothing to do with Bing and everything to do with their new 365 finalization in 2023 and getting in partnerships with GoDaddy and Google. 365 was forced on users of decades. All things 365 are screwed up and do not work together. Now I am being tracked and spammed by Open AI against my knowledge and without specific permission, with no way to turn it off without giving them information about me. How is that for convenient for those companies?

Instead, I will remove Bing completely and hope it solves the problem or leave 365 in the dust like millions of others posted publicly.
