    Paste the address below in the address bar and press enter to open the Favorites page:

    edge://favorites

    On the Favorites Page, select the three dots next to "Add folder" , select "Export Favorites" and select where you want to save the file.

    Also you can apply these steps

    Exporting favorites:

    1. open Microsoft Edge > then click the - Favorites - icon in the
    2. upper right corner. select Settings << These Favs settings 
      looks like 3-Dots **...**  Then click the - **Export favorites** - option
    3. Select a path to save your favorites, and click - Save.
