Does teams has the ability to add a new member to the team and be able to see previous recorded meetings.

If new students are add to a section can they see previous recorded meeting in teams?

Do you mean the Teams meeting recording?

The answer is yes.

I also tested this in my lab. The user who is later added in a team has access to all the source of team.
