If I have 2 computers & 2 printers in the same room & am loosing wifi to 1 or the other ,is it possible to get a more powerful router, these are about 60 feet from the router

The distance of 60 feet between a router and a device can be problematic depending on several factors like interferences and obstacles which can greatly affect the Wi-Fi signal from a certain part of the house, if you are struggling with poor signal or slow speeds, repositioning the router or adding extenders, or considering having a Wi-Fi 6 router with mesh (ideal for range and large setups) could help improve connectivity.
