OWA / Outlook on the web not opening on the browsers and even when I go on my outlook , then file under account settings and I click where it says access this account on the web ..it doesn't open?
Is it a work account or a personal account like an outlook.com account? If it's a work account, it's suggested to check whether this is also affecting other users in your environment to help narrow down the issue.
Any error messages when you try to access OWA via browsers or when clicking the "Access this account on the web"hyperlink in Outlook? If possible, you can remove all personal information involved and then share a screenshot of the issue for further analysis.
