Hi Guys

OWA / Outlook on the web not opening on the browsers and even when I go on my outlook , then file under account settings and I click where it says access this account on the web ..it doesn't open?

@Yuki Sun-MSFT its work address and affect most if not all in the environment, i checked also certificate expired could it be the reason

Yes, expired certificate could be the reason, like what is talked about in the article below:
Can't sign in to Outlook on the web or EAC if Exchange Server OAuth certificate is expired

Given current situation that most users are affected, it's more likely to be related to the Exchange server side. If you are an end user, I'd recommend contacting your Exchange administrator for further troubleshoot.
If you are the administrator, would you please share more information like the Exchange version information, the error message or the screenshot of the issue, so that we can help you better? It's also suggested to have a look at the Event Viewer on the Exchange server to see if there would be any clues.

Hi @Yuki Sun-MSFT we using 14.3, other CA root certificate was issued to us and by us and the exchange certificate which expires next month issued by Go daddy but we are moving to exchange online

@Yuki Sun-MSFT hey Yuki it looks like our virtual directories were damaged so we tried recreating the iis virtual directories.. After that it worked. Im thinking applying service packs updates somehow damaged after updates were pushed so we Uninstalled all those updates

Is it a work account or a personal account like an outlook.com account? If it's a work account, it's suggested to check whether this is also affecting other users in your environment to help narrow down the issue.
Any error messages when you try to access OWA via browsers or when clicking the "Access this account on the web"hyperlink in Outlook? If possible, you can remove all personal information involved and then share a screenshot of the issue for further analysis.
