Edge > Settings > Privacy and services > Tracking protection . set to Basic or Balanced, not Strict.
Chrome
Chrome > 3 dots > More tools > Extensions, make sure there's not any type of ad-blocker or privacy extension.
3 dots > Settings > Advanced > Privacy & Security > Content settings > Pop ups & redirects > allow.
Still under Content settings > Ads > you might have to set this to Allowed.
3 dots > Settings > Advanced > Privacy & Security > turn off "Send a do not track request" and under Site settings, experiment with those settings.
Block pop-ups in Microsoft Edge
- To do this:
In the new Microsoft Edge Edge logo, go toSettings and more Three-dot More icon >SettingsGear-shaped Settings icon >Site permissions.Select Pop-ups and redirects.Move the Blocktoggle toOn*.*
- If the popup blocker is not working after enabling, try these solutions:

- Disable your extensions:See if an extension is getting in the way. SelectSettings and more Three-dot More icon >Extensions, then select the switch to the right of each extension to disable it. If popups are being blocked after this, re-enable them one at a time to determine which one is causing the issue.
- Block third-party cookies:To do this, selectSettings and more Three-dot More icon >SettingsGear-shaped Settings icon >Site permissions>Cookies and site data. Then, ensureBlock third-party cookiesis set toOn*.*
- **Clear your browser cache:**For more, seeView and delete browser history in Microsoft Edge - Microsoft Support.
