Windows Mobile Device Center Download for Windows 10

I am looking to download the Windows Mobile Device Center application for Windows 10 but every link so far directs me to the drive download and will not allow me to download the full application.

    Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Center was a utility that Microsoft brought out for Windows Vista, that is not compatible with Windows 10 and is no longer supported by Microsoft, so they would have pulled the installer from their website . . .
