Can't open a specific workspace anymore

Hello,

I created a workspace some time ago, which I can't open anymore. Whenever I click it now, it just says "Error: unable to load workspacename. Retry?" I'm confused what caused this, and if I have any chances recovering the tabs in this workspace at all. Is it possible to recover a workspace?

    I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

    Apparently, you are not alone - I have also been unable to open Workspaces for a week or two.

    Another customer was able to fix this using a Reset sync feature as mentioned here:

    Go to Settings

    Under the Profiles > Sync

    Scroll down to the bottom, you should see "Still having sync problems? Try another option", click it

    You should seeing this:

    Click "Reset sync"

    After the resetting, my issue was fixed.

    Hope it helps anyone who has the same issue.

    Good to get confirmation it's a sync issue. Unfortunately resetting sync did not resolve the issue.

    Can you please press ALT+SHIFT+I within Edge to let Microsoft know as well?
