Would you please check if your camera can work properly in the Camera APP? We need to confirm that the camera is working correctly on your PC first. If it doesn't work, could you send the error code to us? If it works in the Camera APP, it is likely a permission issue. Please go to Settings (Win+I) -> Privacy & security -> Camera to ensure Edge can access your camera.
After that, please go to the website where you need to use the camera, click on the lock icon on the left side of the address bar, and ensure the relevant permissions have been applied under that website. If you still have issues, it could be a problem with Edge or the website. Try testing the problem in InPrivate Mode (Ctrl+Shift+N) and on other browsers to see if it works.
