outlook cannot add second account from different domain

outlook version is 2016, exchange 2016 , mailbox is linked mailbox from same ad , i sure outlook anywhere have enabled

    Hi @Louis Ruth

    Please check if the autodiscover is configured and working for the domain you are trying to configure outlook. Autodiscover is required for the domains used in email address policy for stamping primary email address for the users.

    Also, are you able to configure a new outlook profile for this user? (not as a second account)

    According to the screenshot, is the Outlook client stuck on searching for email settings?
    Did you get a error or warning message?

    And agree with Ashok, it may be an autodiscover problem.
    Please run a Test E-mail autoconfiguration via Outlook to check if the autodiscover is working proprely.
