Windows try's to install 3.5 frame rate updates on windows vista but cant't due to error code 80040154 help!!!

Hi Marc8581,

If you receive Windows Update error 80246008 (80040154) while downloading updates, you might need to change the Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) or Windows Event Log service settings, and then restart each service.

Follow the steps in the link below to resolve the issue.
