Error message when create a resource in O365

I get following error messagre when I try to create a resource in O365.

An Azure Active Directory call was made to keep object in sync between Azure Active Directory and Exchange Online. However, it failed. Detailed error message: Exception happened when doing AAD dual-write. For more details, please check RemoteException if using RPS client or innerException otherwise. RequestId : 3e33fc84-3e3b-4c19-8a65-5396d2c07bd2 The issue may be transient and please retry a couple of minutes later. If issue persists, please see exception members for more information.

    It was a temporary problem in admin center, but now it works
