Azure VM Memory and CPU capacity changes separatly.

I have Created a CSP Virtual Machine in the Azure Portal and now i want to increase Memory and CPU separately for that VM but i am not able to do the increase Memory and CPU only its entire instance is resizing, please help here regarding the same.

@DineshChauhan-0243 once you created a VM on any Operating System you are able to increase a VM size and CPU ..
