FLIGHT SIMULATOR X ERROR MESSAGE "THE MSXML 4 COMPONENT IS NOT INSTALLED.PLEASE REINSTALL TO RESTORE OR REPAIR THIS MISSING COMPONENT.

Question

I HAVE REINSTALLED THE PROGRAM 4 TIMES AND GET THE SAME MESSAGE AFTER EACH ONE. I HAVE INSTALLED SP1 AND SP2 FOR THE FS X AND STILL GET THE SAME RESULTS. WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE THIS PROGRAM WORK???

·        Which operating system do you use?

·        What do you mean by ‘have installed SP1 and SP2 for the FS X’?

Follow the steps mentioned in the TechNet article that is mentioned by Cari in the previous post.

Apart from that, I would suggest you to install the MSXML but before you install it however, you might want to check your add-remove programs/programs and features menu to uninstall any previous version(s) which may cause or be causing this conflict.
