I am implementing proximity based load balancing and need the latitude and longitude coordinates in order to route traffic to the nearest datacenter.
If this information isn't available can you provide the city each datacenter is in?

Microsoft will not give out the exact location of their data centers, you'll find the region and their location (City/State) over here:

Azure West US - California
Azure South Central US - Texas
East US - Virginia

Azure West US is in CA. Azure West US 2 is in Washington.
Are you able to say which cities or counties they are in?
Yes I was editing :-) Corrected now, all "US" data centers are located in the United States.
