Always-on DTC cross different server

I my database is on Always-on and need to build dtc with another database in ANOTHER SERVER .
Do I still need to enable DTC support on Always-on AG group setting?

Do I still need to create DTC services on CLuster to provide HA ?

Here is using windows 2016 and SQL 2017

The short answer is, yes, you need to be running SQL Server 2016 w/latest SP and CUs or higher (2017, 2019) and also enable the setting for the AGs.

Technically, the answer to your question is yes as any other setup would not give you HA at the DTC layer and could lead to possible issues with data quality.

Yes it is valid, however as I stated if you do not cluster msdtc then you do not have HA for it which can lead to data discrepancies upon failover if the transaction manager used is no longer available (for example, server reboots or goes down). These issues would not happen with a clustered msdtc resource.

one thing need to note also is that , actually Always-on is a share nothing approach , if need to cluster the DTC service, than need to extra make a share DRIVE...........extra admin overhead

Yes, but MSDTC is not needed for SQL Server - by creating a workload that requires distributed transactions you've made MSDTC a dependency. SQL Server can work just fine without MSDTC and Always On does not require it. If you don't want to setup HA on another dependency, refactor your code and processes to not need or use it.
