I have Azure AD that was setup with the 365 free level. I upgraded it to P2 level with a free trial. I have added the devices to AD and they show Azure AD Joined. I can log in to the windows 10 machines with local accounts but not the Azure AD user. I can see connected to our .com's Azure AD ad in other users it is showing a user in the format AzureAD\FirstnameLastname When you try to login in as another user with the email and password of the user. You receive the following: " We are unable to connect right now. Please check your network and try again." No network issue. I can login with local user and login to Azure Portal with that user no problem, connect to outlook no problem. Just can not login with that user??? Did I miss something or make a rookie mistake?

Did you set up any local account on that PC? If your PC is connected to domain, is there a way that you would be able to reset the local admin password or create a new local admin account?

Can you provide the steps they are taking and the type of account they have? There are known compatibility issues with GoDaddy and I wonder if your issue might be related since you cannot use an account that's set up at Godaddy to log into a Windows 10 machine.

If you would like to send me an email at AzCommunity@microsoft.com and include your subscription ID, I can open a support ticket for you to help you troubleshoot further.
