    Hello,

Please proceed with the following support steps....

    1. Open an elevated Command Prompt window. To open an elevated Command Prompt, click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-clickCommand Prompt, and then click Run as administrator.
    2. Type the following command and press ENTER:

    rd /s /q C:$Recycle.bin

(This clears out the $Recycle.bin folder for the C:\ drive. You may have to do this for each hard disk partition in your system.)

    1. Type exit to close the Command Prompt window.

I hope this information is beneficial.

    Thank you,

    Aaron

    Try this:

Right click your Recycle Bin Icon, Click, Properties>>>Untic, Don't move files to Recycle Bin. Remove files immediately when deleted.

None of these worked for me. I found a very easy fix - just delete the recycle bin through Windows Explorer! In case something goes wrong with the link below, you just show hidden files, find $recycle.bin on your c drive root, C:\ $recycle.binĀ  and rename it to anything, then delete it. It will rebuild itself. You probably need to do it on all drives or it won't work. I didn't even need to rename it before deleting it. Just delete it and the following desktop.ini that may come up next, on all drives. Then reboot.

Here's the link I found that was such a simple solution for me!
