I recently purchased this registry cleaner "RegClean Pro by Systweak". They promoted that they are a "Microsoft Gold Certified Partner". Is this true?

Jean-Guy, I happen to speak french, but I would imagine that most others here cannot. The question was in English. How do you expect them to understand your response? Especially the word "escroquerie"?
So for everyone else's benefit I'll translate your response which wasn't even helpful in the first place:
All Jean-Guy basically said is that ALL online software are scams and that if you ever buy anything you're screwed and should learn your lesson an be smarter in the future.
WRONG!
There exist many bona fide downloads you can buy on the web. They're not all "escroqueries".
Question is, what is this one?
Third party registry cleaners NEVER IMHO advisable, in other words, they do more harm than good.
