I recently purchased this registry cleaner "RegClean Pro by Systweak". They promoted that they are a "Microsoft Gold Certified Partner". Is this true?

2012-04-27T00:33:22+00:00 I also purchased it on April 17, 2012 reference number: 31538700 never have received it to download, instead of RegClean Pro, Advanced System Protector downloaded with the promise of FREE photoStudio download, I have neither. What is going on? I always trust software that has the "Microsoft Certified", which was listed on their ad.
Please help me with this matter, Systweak refuses to clear up this mess.

2012-08-28T15:00:52+00:00 Same thing happened to me and when I phoned tech support they asked me to download AMMYY which is a software program that allows THEM to access MY computer. No way am I allowing anybody to do that. And if you google AMMYY, you'll see tons of warnings about it being a scam.
Interesting that they are now saying they are microsoft certified. When I fell for their scam they were Mcafee certified.
Wouldn't trust this company as far as I could throw them . . . .
