windows taking too long to install an application

I have a problem, Windows takes a long time to install a programa, i dont know what to do, i think could be the updates. Its in any app, but i think that the problem is with Windows Installer and the InstallWizzard. I ran disk defragmenter and disk clean up, problem didn't solve.

    Hello JoseAvilez,

     What Windows operating system are you running?  How long have you had this issue occur with downloading taking a period of time?  Has this always been an issue?  Do you have your antivirus software updated and ran a full scan?  Have you ran any malware removal?

    Hello JoseAvilez,

     Are you getting any error messages?  Are you having this issue when you perform Windows Updates, in regards to taking a long time to complete?    Are you able to download in Safe Mode without the long wait?

    I never had this problem before, its only in my new PC, the OS is Windows 7 Professional 64 bits, i think that the problem could be the updates, this problem only appears when i install the updates, my PC is:

    AsRock H61M-S Motherboard

    Intel Core i3 2100 @ 3,10 Ghz

    4 GB Ram DDR3 1333 Mhz
