Question

I'm trying to burn a CD < but after sometime I receive the following message error code 380381 26 2A030C00 and the CD will be ejected and damaged, could you please tell me what is the possible reason

1.    Have you made any recent changes on the computer?

2.    Are you using any third party burning program to burn CD’s on the computer?

3.    Does it happen with any CD or CD content you try to burn?
