made an account that doesn't and does exist

To the point: I made an account and it won't let me log into anywhere else.

More about what happened:
Hello, I made a Microsoft account and tried to log into it so I could play Minecraft that I just bought on the account. For some reason it wouldn't let me log into it so I tried to log back into the account with microsoft but it says it's the Wrong email or password when I know it was right for sure, so I tried over and over but it wasn't working so I tried password reset but I wasn't receiving any password reset emails, I wasn't sure what was going on and contacting support was confusing, so many websites and pages with lists of problems but didn't see the one with the one I'm experiencing. So I gave up with that account and made a new one with another GMAIL..... same issue..... tried again but not buying the game on that account and again same issue, I'm not sure what's going on but I would get the emails to verify account but none for password resets or anything of the sort. Please help me, I want to play the game but the accounts are like stuck in existing but locked out status.
