What happens if we have a Teams meeting with >300 participants? We have forwarded the link to the meeting via our Marketing Automation system. Will there only be 300 participants possible, the rest cannot connect? Or will the total meeting be screwed up?

    @Hanco Hazenboom ,

    As michev said, attendees already in the meeting can work properly. The overflow cannot join the meeting.

    For large meeting, live event is a good choice. It could cover 10000 participants. Please note that a live event can be only started once. For more information, please refer to this article.

    When hitting the limit, people will no longer be able to join. People already in the meeting should not notice any issues.
