Are there any free ODBC driver for json/excel/xml......... ?? CDATA odbc driver seems required money !

The PolyBase in SQL Server 2019 allows you to connect to ODBC -compatible data sources using the ODBC connector. You need to find drivers based on your specific data source.
I cannot find free ODBC driver for PolyBase to access json/xml, but here is an article about querying Excel file data using SQL Server PolyBase with External data source.

I've found free ODBC for several data sources, can you be more specific? For Excel it is contained in Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 Redistributable here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=54920

Don't get confused by its name, it is not only Access, it also contains Excel driver. If by json/xml you mean Cassandra/MongoDB/CosmosDB there are also free drivers. I have not tried SAP, you would have to reach to their support.
what are there free odbc driver json on hdfs ? or blob storage ?
I haven't seen a free json odbc, there is an hdfs built-in which also serves for blob storage but is generic i.e. text, from there you need to use your own libraries to process further.
