When I try to book the exam, I do get the "claim" option. Once I select it and proceed to schedule in Pearson VUE page, after filling and scheduling the time, the final total is €165 instead of €0.00. I am using a Macbook. I tried with different browsers and in-congnito mode (Edge, Chrome, Safari). None of them worked. My exam discount expires on 31st January 2021.
Please help fix this soon so that I can book my exam.
You need to take exam by Jan 31,2021. Are you scheduling to take the exam before then?
The issue was with the date I chose. I got it fixed now. The maximum date to select would be 1 months from the date of expiry of the discount. Thanks!
