Does not allow me to enable automation..states invalid region..but I am using west us..a valid region. "error - chosen azure automation account and log analytics workspace are not allowed"

I have tried to reproduce the issue but was successfully able to link Azure Automation account (of WestUS region) and Log Analytics Workspace (of WestUS region).
Does the issue still persists? If yes,
- if possible can you please share the error screenshot?
- also, can you please provide more context around the issue i.e., can you elaborate on what steps you have followed to try linking Azure Automation account and Log Analytics workspace?
- are you trying to unlink existing connection and link again?
- and if that's the case, can you double check that Update Management / Change tracking solutions are not pre-existing in Log Analytics solutions tile?
