About 1 week ago they sent me an email saying that the account was going to be suspended for irregular use since then and I tried to contact technical support but the only thing they tell me is that they have not been able to verify the identity, leave emails asking what the problem was of the identity but they just kept telling me that they could not verify the identity

I have already been creating support tickets but they do not solve me, the only thing they tell me is that they cannot verify the identity I already sent them a support message asking what is the problem with the identity but they keep repeating the same message
