Hello,

our client has an issue with MS Teams. They were using MS Teams using their e-mail set up on custom e-mail server using @Company portal .com domain. Now they have introduced an AD deployment using this domain name and domain accounts naming, including Exchange and other Office supporting products. They would like to use MS Teams using their personal accounts, however when trying to login to MS Teams using their domain-joined computers now, some of the users receive information to select the Domain/Organization and whatever they choose, they are redirected to login screen after a while. This question pops up even when they select the personal account. They are not able to login to Teams at all, the login screen just works for a while and redirects them back to login.
We have already tried to clear the cache of MS Teams and reinstalling the whole application. Unfortunately, it did not help. How should we proceed?

    @Victor ,

Could you provide us a related error message if has?

To exclude the account side issue, try to login Teams web client(https://teams.microsoft.com) in InPrivate mode.

If it works properly, try the following steps:

    1. Remove all accounts from Windows settings > Accounts > Email & Accounts.
    2. Search for Windows Credentials > Choose Windows Credentials > Remove all entries with a line meteams_
    3. Try to login to Teams again.

If it has no luck with web client in InPrivate mode, contact the IT admin to check if there is any related error message in Health status of Microsoft Teams from Microsoft 365 admin center > Health > Service health.

I have used two hours now running through all kinds of "helpful" posts to get out of this obscure infinite sign in loop..
I'm a professional programmer working on a windows pc, so I have tried to use a windows computer once or twice to say at least.

It is absolutely mindblowing how MS continues it's contribution to ABSOLUTE UNUSABILITY in Windows...

It is impossible to sign in or out to Teams! (MS in all it's glory is trying to log me in with an account that's deleted by my former employee)
` I cannot delete my former work account from "Accounts used by other apps"!

Think about it: I can see cached chat entries from my former employee in Teams behind the login popup, and then MS want's us to believe they can handle sensitive data, yet to mention GDPR.. What a joke!!

Following all the steps above didn't solve this.
What did solve it was to complete the steps to uninstall completely and remove everything from keychain and Application Support folder.
Finally - download an older version of Teams- 1.4.00.4971 worked for me.
I am now able to login with a new account.
