1.Based on "they are login in to AD account from chase", do you mean they are login in to AD account using cached credentials? -- yes
If no, would you please describe how the AD users login in to AD?

2.How did you deploy wallpaper and screen saver previously? - previously all users is in office so through AD group policy we applied wallpaper as well as screen saver to all users

    Hello @sachin pawar ,

    Thank you for your update.

What group policy setting do you configure for wallpaper?
What group policy setting do you configure for screensaver?
Where do you store wallpaper and screensaver (on one shared path or on local path on every machine)?

If the wallpaper and screensaver are stored on every user machine, on one machine, we can change wallpaper and screen saver via registry based on your needs , then restart this machine to see if it helps.

    Best Regards,

    Hello @sachin pawar ,

    Thank you for your update.

I have done test in my lab. It seems we can not change them manually on the machine without connecting to domain network.

1.I deploy the wallpaper via GPO.

2.When the machine connected to domain network, the wallpaper applies successfully.

3.I disabled the NIC on DC, then the wallpaper can not be applied.

4.I tried to change the path from network path to local path but I can not.

Hope the information above is helpful.

If you must change wallpaper and screen saver, I suggest we can connected these machines to domain network via VPN.

    Best Regards,
