Trying to get my certifications from the learning dashboard met with either an error or whitescreen

My problem is similar to the solution of this I believe.

this was solved by viewing certs in incognito mode

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
your Microsoft Certification dashboard
