Incorrect billing charge?

My translation tool (Fluency Now) includes Free Microsoft Azure Translator. However, I used it very little for some reason since I installed it. So, I thought your company would not charge the bill. But today, I found that it was charged. Could you correct it? Thank you.

On september 19, I've got a billing charge from microsoft for the amount of 72.81 dollars. I do not recognize that operation. I've tried calling to the office here in Perú, but they didn't answer. I'm very concerned because I do not have any paid subscription with you.
